California Pre-Cut Homes is a very unique building system specializing in the "Owner Builder Buildings , by panelizing almost any building. We can deliver from California to as far as Canada, Mississippi River, Mexico & over to Hawaii. California Pre-Cut delivers a wall system with or without windows in the walls. Sizes vary from 400 to 40,000 sf residential to commercial buildings. Either modify one of our standard plans or will create a custom plan. We are a "kit home" NOT a modular system the closet system to stick building, thus no disclosure or lower resale compared to the modular systems. We had a big 4000 sq ft multi-purpose building that we needed to get built quickly in snow country (230+ lb snowload). Dennis and Matt at California Pre-Cut Homes helped us every step of the way: From coming up with the idea for the project, to getting the drafting done, to working with county plancheck corrections, to a timely delivery of a building package (which was easy to put together). Everything worked exceptionally well and they were able to deliver the package in 4 months from start (before anything was sketched) to delivery of the package at the job site. We were able to finish the rough framing in a matter of weeks. For comparison, this was *one year faster* than our previous experience with a different pre-fab company! This is why we are raving about California Pre-Cut Homes. They have a "can-do" attitude and respond to your requests/needs in a timely manner. We will definitely call on them again for our next building project!
